BEFORE YOU APPLY, PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
First Round Applications Open: 2-31 December 2024
College Office Closed: 1-19 January 2025
Second Round Applications Open: 20-31 January 2025
Applications for admission to St Andrew's for 2025 will be reviewed on a rolling basis, from 2 December 2024 to 31 January 2025. The Admissions Committee will consider applications during these periods and inform applicants of its decision within 14-21 days.
The application process is normally paper-based whereby applicants submit their materials in person or via postal mail service. However, applicants may also lodge their application form and supporting materials via email and good quality pdf scans and jpeg attachments.
HOW TO APPLY:
ONCE ADVISED, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE:
Important Notice: All students need a Unique Student Identifier (USI). A USI is your individual education identifier for life issued by the Commonwealth Government. It creates an online record of your training attainments in Australia. You only have to create it once. If you do not already have a USI you must apply online.
Students interested in accessing the Australian Government loan scheme FEE-HELP as a means of paying for their tuition should indicate this on their APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION FORM and ENROLMENT FORM. Accessing FEE-HELP requires an online application procedure [once only for each new course] which is referred to as an Electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF). The Registrar will guide the applicant through this process.
Successful applicants will receive written confirmation and other relevant information. All students should nurture a good reading knowledge of the entire Bible through conscientious daily scripture reading.
Student Dormitory Accommodation
In terms of dormitory residency, St Andrew's may provide free room and board to single male full time study applicants who have discussed the prospect of theological studies with their local bishop and thereafter completed an interview process with Members of the College's Admissions Committee, either in person or via Zoom. A subsequent interview with the Dean and other members of the Faculty Board may also be required. Such applicants will also be required to provide a copy of their Certificate of Baptism and a letter from their general medical practitioner regarding their physical health and mental wellbeing.
