Talk by Lecturer Fr Anastasios Bozikis

On Thursday 4 March Father Anastasios Bozikis, Associate Lecturer in Church History, gave the fourth talk in the ‘Journey to Pascha’ series organised by the Greek Orthodox Parish and Community of Kogarah. The talk explored the theme of the Last Judgment that is highlighted by the Gospel reading of Meatfare Sunday. Fr Anastasios pointed out that the Gospel calls us to live a life of love and connection expressed in the service of the ‘other’ who is created in the image of God – a life which leads directly to the Kingdom of God.
