ACU Strathfield Lecture on Celtic Spirituality

On Wednesday 13 April, Professor Salvador Ryan (Pontifical University, Saint Patrick's College, Maynooth, Ireland) will present on “Críost Liom”: Treasures of the Irish Christian Tradition at the Australian Catholic University, Strathfield Campus (The Function Room, Ground Floor, Edmund Rice Building). The lecture will take place between 6:30-8:00pm, with refreshments from 6pm. Críost Liom is an old Irish prayer, meaning "Christ [be] with me," which parallels the Byzantine "Jesus-Prayer." The faculty, the students and the friends of our College who intend to participate in our upcoming seminar with Professor Jonathan Wooding might consider broadening their understanding of Celtic/Irish Christian spirituality.
