New Faculty Publication: Alexandrian Legacy

New Faculty Publication: Alexandrian Legacy

St Andrew's is delighted to announce that Alexandrian Legacy: A Critical Appraisal will be released by Cambridge Scholars Publishing on Tuesday 1 September 2015!

Alexandrian Legacy has been edited by Protopresbyter Dr Doru Costache (Senior Lecturer in Patristic Studies), Dr Philip Kariatlis (Senior Lecturer in Systematic Theology), and Dr Mario Baghos (Associate Lecturer in Church History). It brings together contributions from Australian and international scholars, including the faculty of St Andrew's. These explore a range of aspects of the Alexandrian patristic tradition, from the second half of the second century to the first half of the fifth century. They are interdisciplinary in approach, combining methods pertaining to the fields of historiography, theology and philosophy, pastoral care, hermeneutics, hagiography, and spirituality.
